Fabrizio Giugiaro has revisited one of his most recognisable designs, the Lamborghini Gallardo, and given it a modern makeover. Called HOMMAGE 26, the project comes from a new company named CAVËN Atelier and was unveiled at the Concours at Wynn Las Vegas.
The reworked Lamborghini Gallardo has the familiar proportions of the original, but almost everything else is new. Its body is made entirely from carbon fibre, with only a handful of components, including the roof, glass and mirrors, carried over from the donor car. It also gets pop-down headlights, active aerodynamic flaps and a redesigned rear section with an opening window above the engine bay.

25 units worldwide is crazy exclusive. Wonder what the real 0-60 on drag radials will be! Hope someone actually track tests this beast instead of keeping it in a vault.

815 HP naturally aspirated or supercharged cross-plane V8? The acoustic tuning alone makes this a masterpiece. That carbon fiber driveshaft is serious race tech.
